Minium Voltage input of LNK306

Can I use LNK304 or LNK306 for input 20.V to 150.V. DC & Output 5.V.DC @ 180 mA.

do you mean you are running from the Full wave bridge output with low value capacitance on it?
if so, then it should be possible, but it will cut off when vin goes below 50V.
