LNK304 Power Supply (Beginner)

Hi,

I used one of the Reference designs for building a non-isolated 3.3V supply. This is the design I used: http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/di139.pdf

I made the following changes-

L2 = 1000 uH
R1, R2 = Thick film resistors (not metal resistors)
D2 = STTH1R06 http://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/ds/10203/stth1r06.pdf
D4 = MM3Z3V9B http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/MM/MM3Z10VB.pdf

I am getting a 6V on and off on the BP pin, and the FB pin has voltage varying between 0 to 1.5V. The output gives a value close to 0.25V (instead of 12V)

Please help me out with my mistakes.

Also, can this circuit be used to supply voltage to a MCU with 1mA to 30mA current consumption?

Thanks!
SF

I am using L2 = 1mH at 75mA

I am using L2 = 1mH at 75mA saturation. Will that cause the circuit to not give the output voltage?
