I am using the gate driver 2SC0115T2A0-12 to drive the IGBT leg of inverter. At the instant when driver secondary side has been connected to inverter IGBT pin, the gate pulses is changing(off gate pulse not following instantly and it is decaying). it means the primary and secondary side of driver pulse signal are not equal. But when gate driver is not connected to inverter IGBT leg, the primary and secondary gate pulse signal are similar.

Here mentioning the connection details between driver and inverter IGBT leg as per setup I have been doing:

Driver primary side connections:

pin 3: fixed 15V supply

pin 4: ground of 15V supply and signal input

pin 5: input signal-B

pin 6: input signal-A

Driver secondary side connections:

pin  7: upper igbt emitter

pin 10: upper igbt gate

pin 11: upper igbt collector

pin 15: lower igbt emitter

pin 18: lower igbt gate

pin 19: lower igbt collector

Attaching related gate pulse signal of the above issues.

Kindly suggest me to resolved the issues of unequal driver primary and secondary side when it is connected to inverter IGBT pins.
