SCALE-iFlex Single은 "New Dual" 100 x 140mm IGBT 모듈용 게이트 드라이버로, IMC(절연 마스터 컨트롤) 및 MAG(모듈 적응형 게이트 드라이버)로 구성되어 있습니다. IMC는 블로킹 전압이 최대 3300V인 전력 모듈의 작동을 위해 설계되었으며, MAG는 전압 등급이 최대 3300V인 다양한 전력 모듈, 공급업체 및 칩 기술에 최적화된 변형 제품에 사용할 수 있습니다.
