InnoSwitch3-AQ ICs with 900 V PowiGaN Switch Support 400 V EV Systems Up to 100 W
PI is expanding its AEC-100Q-qualified InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC family with 900 V GaN technology. The new 900 V PowiGaN-based devices are ideal for electric vehicles based on 400 V bus systems. They deliver up to 100 W output power with 93% efficiency and easily accommodate the highly inductive noise spikes often present in automotive environments. Highly efficient power conversion is also important for range extension and thermal management.
