The TOP245YN chip has no starting pulses.
Voltage relative to pin S.
D - 315V
X - 1.7 V
C - 0.7 V
F - 0 V
V-2.8
If 5.8 V is forcibly applied from the laboratory power supply unit And pulses appear on the pin S.
What are the conditions for autorun TOP245YN ?
1) D-315 V ?
For RLS = 2 MΩ ?
VAC = 100 VDC
VOV = 450 VDC
How often should the pulse start ?

Thanks a lot, I found the problem. the diode burned out and pin С was pulled to the ground through it

Please provide the full schematic in order to have a better picture of your design.
Also, you mentioned applying 5.8V and pulses appearing on the S-pin.
S-pin is generally connected to the GROUND net as seen in the TOPSwitch datasheet.
