LinkSwitch-TNZ系列IC将功率变换与通常用于系统时钟和定时功能的AC过零点信号的无损耗生成相结合。采用高集成度的LinkSwitch-TNZ IC的设计具有比分立方案更大的适用性,可减少40%或更多的元件数量。除了在小功率反激式设计中实现80%以上的效率外,通过ON/OFF控制实现的极低轻载功耗,可以使更多的功能(显示屏、无线连接、传感器等)在系统待机时处于激活状态。该产品系列支持降压式、降压-升压式和反激式变换器拓扑结构。

每个器件在一个单片IC上集成了一个725V的功率MOSFET、振荡器、一个给IC实现自供电的高压开关电流源、频率调制、快速(逐周期)电流限制、迟滞热关断以及输出和输入过压保护电路。

LinkSwitch-TNZ IC在待机模式下消耗的电流不到100µA,从而使电源设计符合全球性的空载和待机功耗标准。MOSFET电流限制模式可通过旁路引脚电容值进行选择。选择较高的限流点可提供最大连续输出电流,而较低的限流点允许使用成本非常低的小尺寸表面贴装电感。完善的保护特性可确保电源安全、可靠运行,在出现输入和输出过压故障、器件过热故障、电压失调以及电源输出过载或短路故障时保护器件及整个系统。
