Transformer issue

I'm designing a SMPS and need a custom transformer.
Therefore I contacted Feryster for them to construct a transformer.
After some time I got the following feedback:
"I prepared a transformer design based on the raw materials in stock. The design is extremely suboptimal. Firstly, flyback inverters are only built up to 150W. Secondly, the dissipation energy will burn your snubber. Thirdly, the controller will be overloaded and it will all require active cooling."
Is there anything about what feryster writes ?
I have attached the Design results from PI Expert and transformer draw from Feryster.

Hi Kim, I did look at your design.
I would not get in discussion with your transformer vendor. We successfully do fly-back conversion up to 330W.
There is nothing wrong with the design you have. However, may suggest a better one.

It uses a TEXE secondary for safety compliance and has an implemented some EMI options.
