简介

LYTSwitch?-5®产品系列非常适合单级功率因数校正恒流LED应用,比如灯泡、灯管和镇流器的应用。

每个器件都集成了一个高压功率MOSFET及一个用于控制非连续导通模式工作、并可以对频率和导通时间实现控制的控制器。该控制器还提供快速(逐周期)限流、输入和输出过压保护以及高级的热管理电路。

采用开关管位于低端的开关拓扑结构,利用电气上安静的源极引脚进行散热,再加上频率调制技术的应用,使得整个系统可以做到极低的EMI。这样可以减小输入滤波元件的尺寸,从而极大地降低音频噪声。

表1汇总了具有3个不同输出功率等级和2个MOSFET耐压选项的器件,可根据成本优化的需要选择相应型号,同时EcoSmart™开关技术可确保每个器件型号在各负载条件下都能实现最高的效率。
