Help to design 220VAC dimmable LED driver 12v 30w

I would like to design dimmable LED driver, input 220/50Hz VAC, output 12V 30W to drive parallel 6 spots, 12v 5w each.

Is it possible to achieve this design by LinkSwitch-PH drivers and What is the appropriate IC driver for this?

Yes it is possible. You can use LNK408 or LNK409 from LinkSwitch-PH family of devices.
