LED driver selection
Dear Sir
We intend to use LED driver as per following projects : Please advise suitable part no. and application note
1)
There will be five LED strings of white,Red, Green,Blue and amber as PWM output from micro controller with digital dimming to drive LED driver each of 5 watts from 24 Volt supply : The idea is color mixing suitable for machine vision application
Please suggest suitable drive
2)
There will be five LED strings of white,Red, Green,Blue and amber as PWM output from micro controller with digital dimming to drive LED driver each of 9 watts from 120 or 230V Mains supply : The idea is color mixing suitable for Medical Therapy application
Please suggest suitable drive

For your application, I believe you need a constant voltage supply. For item 1, most of the available devices at PI are offline switcher and might not work at 24V input. Nevertheless, I found TopSwitch-JX can start at 18V drain voltage and can deliver the 25W total power.
For item 2, both TopSwitch-JX and LinkSwitch-HP can deliver 45W.
