Connecting V pin resistors

Hello team, I have referred DER909 reference design for my requirement of a 40W power supply (19V, 2.1A).
I am planning to have it as a single layer board due to cost constraints, hence trying to modify the layout slightly.
In this regard, is it okay to connect V pin resistors (R1, R2) across positive pin of bridge rectifier and V pin of Innoswitch IC, instead of the one suggested in DER909 (resistors are between choke terminal and Vpin)?
Would "connecting those before L2" affect the reliability in line OV / UV detection @ Vpin?
Hi,
Thank you for using PI-forums.
its okay to connect it that way, the reliability of the line ov/uv sensing of v-pin is the same.
regards,
Sigris
