Is the only difference between Innoswitch CE, CP and EP just the VDS, the Current limit , the RDSon and the bias current?

You will notice that Voltage and current characteristic curve differs for CE and CP. CE is typically used for chargers with tight CVCC curve requirements while CP has Constant Power region. EP is usually device the is used for Extended Power requirements.
